NLRB Consolidates Anti-Union Cases Against T-Mobile

Law360, Los Angeles (April 8, 2014, 8:47 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board has consolidated several unfair labor practice cases claiming that T-Mobile USA Inc. and its MetroPCS Communications Inc. unit have discriminated against call center and store employees who have sought union representation, the Communication Workers of America union said on Tuesday.

In an order issued last week, the NLRB consolidated three cases against T-Mobile and one against MetroPCS — all of which were initiated by the CWA — into a single national case.
