Luma Loses Appeal Of Endoscopy Patent Case

Law360, New York (April 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court dealt a blow to patent holder Luma Corp. on Thursday, finding that medical device makers Stryker Corp. and Karl Storz Endoscopy-America Inc. had not infringed Luma's endoscopy patents because the patents were invalid.
