Disabled Care Facility Suffers Blow In Union Spat

Law360, New York (April 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A home for the developmentally disabled has lost its bid in appeals court to overturn a ruling that it had unlawfully withdrawn recognition from an incumbent union when its collective bargaining agreement expired.
