SEC Settles With Two Arthur Andersen Employees

Law360 (April 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two former Arthur Andersen LLP auditors have been barred from appearing before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as accountants due to their alleged misconduct in the audit of collapsed WorldCom Inc.

Melvin Dick, 54, and Kenneth Avery, 41, agreed to settle with the SEC without admitting or denying the findings of the commission.
