Union Sues Breentag Over Workers' Chemical Exposure

Law360, Philadelphia (April 23, 2014, 1:46 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania chapter of the United Steelworkers launched a suit in state court Tuesday against Breentag Northeast Inc. seeking medical monitoring for hundreds of its members after workers allegedly exposed to the company's chemicals developed debilitating illnesses including bladder cancer and degenerative brain disease.
