Murray Energy Will Sue To Block New DOL Coal Dust Rule

Law360, New York (April 24, 2014, 2:33 PM EDT) -- Ohio-based coal company Murray Energy Corp. said on Wednesday it will sue the U.S. Department of Labor over a final rule lowering the limit of coal dust in mines, saying the rule will destroy the coal industry while providing no benefit to the health or safety of miners.
