Weil Bolsters DC Antitrust Bench With Top FTC Litigator

Jeffrey H. Perry will begin work as Weil's newest antitrust partner this summer after 13 years in various posts at the FTC. When mulling his return to private practice, Perry was drawn not only to Weil's reputation in competition matters, but also to its capabilities handling mergers and acquisitions and other corporate litigation, he told Law360....
