Japan’s New IP Court To Be Modeled After U.K. High Court

Law360, New York (December 5, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Tokyo High Court is planning to form a new intellectual property high court next April by spinning off its intellectual-property related civil operations and merging them with court offices around the country that are concerned with patent suits, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported in its Friday morning edition.
