Judge Keeps Natural Gas Antitrust Suit Alive

Law360 (April 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss an antitrust suit against major energy companies brought by a group of U.S. cities that allege the companies conspired to fix the price of natural gas supplies.
