SEC Files Suit Against Medical Device Company

Law360, New York (April 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has filed a lawsuit against a Florida-based medical device company alleging that it misled investors about the regulatory approval status of its products, the receipt of a large customer order and the status of pending trademark applications.
