Northwest Suit Has Priority Over Pilots': Court

Law360, New York (April 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge refused on Wednesday to stay a case filed by Northwest Airlines Inc. against a group of its senior pilots for a declaratory judgment that its new retirement plan is legal.

The court rejected the pilots' argument that a lawsuit they filed in Seattle addresses the same issues and should take priority.
