Judge Declines To Toss Shenango's Claims V. Massey

Law360 (April 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has scrapped Massey Energy Co.'s bid to dismiss all but one of the claims brought by Shenango Inc. in a lawsuit claiming Massey ignored contracts in order to deliver coal to higher-paying customers.
