Florida Gun Law Hits Bull's-Eye With Governor

Law360, New York (April 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The governor of Florida has signed off on a controversial bill that would prevent employers from stopping workers who bring their guns onto office premises.

On Tuesday, Gov. Charlie Crist signed off on the Preservation and Protection of the Right to Keep and Bear Arms in Motor Vehicles Act of 2008 after the bill sailed through the state's House and Senate days earlier.
