Derivative Suit Against Rambus, Execs Tossed

Law360, New York (April 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge threw out a derivative class action against Rambus Inc. and a number of its executives on Thursday but gave the plaintiffs leave to amend claims that Rambus officers made misleading statements to the public and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
