First Circ. Revives Boston Scientific Securities Suit

Law360 (April 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A case filed by Boston Scientific Corp. shareholders over the biotech company's alleged failure to disclose information about the recall of one of its stents will stay alive, now that an appeals court has found that the plaintiffs met the federal pleading standards for fraud.
