Feds Eye Horizon Lines Over Pricing Practices

Law360, New York (April 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Horizon Lines Inc. came under fire on Thursday, with federal agents searching the shipping and logistics behemoth's offices as part of a probe into the pricing practices of ocean carriers operating in Puerto Rico's shipping trade lanes.

The Charlotte, N.C.-based company confirmed Thursday that federal agents had served search warrants and a grand jury subpoena relating to the antitrust investigation.
