USDA May Post Names Of Stores In Meat Recalls

Law360 (April 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Meat slaughterhouses and processors could soon be forced to release a list of retailers that purchased a particular product when it is recalled, as the U.S. Department of Agriculture sent a proposed set of new rules to the White House for comments last week.
