Chevron Resolves EPA Claims Over 2 Utah Pipeline Spills

Law360, New York (May 13, 2014, 5:01 PM EDT) -- A Chevron Corp. unit settled a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency suit alleging Clean Water Act violations over two oil spills from separate pipelines three years apart near the Great Salt Lake in Utah, paying a nearly $1 million penalty, the EPA announced Monday.
