Former Boss Sues Societe Generale Rogue Trader

Law360, New York (April 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Contending that he was duped by fake documents, the supervisor of the Societe Generale trader who is believed to have cost the French bank billions of euros has reportedly sued his former employee for moral harm.

On Monday, the onetime boss of Jerome Kerviel filed suit as a civil plaintiff against his former underling while prosecutors worked hard to block him from entering the ring, according to Agence France Presse.
