Energy Future Senior Creditors Object To Financing Plan

Law360, New York (May 14, 2014, 3:28 PM EDT) -- A trustee representing creditors of an Energy Future Holdings Corp. subsidiary filed an objection in Delaware bankruptcy court on Tuesday to the company’s bankruptcy financing plan, saying junior lenders had been offered far better incentives than the holders of first lien notes to take part.
