Law360, New York (May 19, 2014, 6:36 PM EDT) -- Ropes & Gray LLP will add a 13-year Federal Trade Commission veteran, who currently serves as a deputy assistant director in the mergers division of the agency's Bureau of Competition, as partner in its antitrust practice in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Monday.
Jonathan S. Klarfeld, who has led several major merger investigations at the FTC, will join Ropes & Gray in August after his stint as a deputy assistant director in the mergers division of the Bureau of Competition.
