Bankrupt Speech Tech Co. DynaVox Gets OK For $18M Sale

Law360, Wilmington (May 22, 2014, 4:38 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Thursday gave speech technology company DynaVox Inc. the green light for a sale of the membership interests in their operating affiliates to Swedish eye-tracking technology firm Tobii Technology AB, which won a competitive auction with an $18 million bid.
