NLRB's Case Proceeds Against Massey

Law360, New York (April 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Massey Energy Co. has lost its bid to dismiss a National Labor Relations Board action asking a federal court to enforce a November injunction against the energy firm that would force it to rehire a group of union coal miners.
