Fla. Appeals Court Won't Transfer Ponzi Defamation Suit

Law360, Miami (June 4, 2014, 8:30 PM EDT) -- A former investment firm owner's dafamation case will stay in Florida after an appeals court ruled Wednesday that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying the defendants' motion to transfer it to New York.
