Heller Ehrman Antitrust Head Moves Back To Howrey

Law360, New York (April 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former Howrey LLP attorney has rejoined the firm's global antitrust practice in Washington, D.C., after a three-year detour to Heller Ehrman.

Marc G. Schildkraut, a former Federal Trade Commission official, worked at Howrey since 1993 before her left in 2005 for Heller Ehrman, where he led the antitrust and trade regulation practice.

He said Monday that the substantial resources and worldwide scope of Howrey's antitrust practice brought him back.
