Pa. AG Charges Fracking Waste Hauler For Illegal Dumping

Law360, Philadelphia (June 6, 2014, 3:49 PM EDT) -- A fracking waste hauler was slapped with criminal charges by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General on Friday for a series of schemes including illegal dumping, overbilling of customers, and insurance fraud.

Brian Bolus, the owner of Minuteman Environmental Services Inc., was charged along with his company for illegally dumping solid waste from well drilling operations and for ordering workers to help him orchestrate a scheme to systematically overbill customers and place his family members on the payroll as ghost employees to qualify for group health insurance.
