ITC Rules for Skylink in DMCA Suit Over Garage Door Opener

Law360, New York (December 8, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission refused to block the importation of a garage door remote control produced by Canada’s Skylink Technologies, citing a U.S. District Court decision that found the technology did not violate the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
