U.S. Asks For En Banc Hearing In Nacchio Case

Law360, New York (May 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. government is asking for another at bat in the insider trading case of the former chief executive of Qwest Communications International Inc., requesting a hearing before all the judges of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
