FTC Gives Green Light To Agrium Deal

Law360, New York (May 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Federal Trade Commission has given the go-ahead to a $2.65 billion transaction that creates the largest North American retailer of crop inputs and services, on the condition that the acquiring company sell off seven stores.
