Law360, New York (May 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Reports that German telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom AG may be considering a bid for Sprint Nextel Corp. raised eyebrows on Wall Street Monday. Any possible deal between the two would face significant obstacles, but antitrust approval from U.S. authorities is likely not one of them, experts say.
