House Panel Wary Of 'Patent Troll' Demand Letter Bill

Law360, New York (July 9, 2014, 8:16 PM EDT) -- A bill aimed at cracking down on misleading demand letters sent by so-called patent trolls was met with a cool reception by a U.S. House of Representatives panel on Wednesday, with several members saying they were concerned it would be too difficult to enforce.
