AGs Examining J&J Nominal Pricing Deals

Law360, New York (May 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson has revealed that it has received a letter from the Office of the Attorney General of Michigan seeking details on nominal price transactions.

The Michigan AG's inquiry, sent in March 2008, followed two subpoenas in April 2007 from the Delaware Attorney General's Office, also demanding documents on nominal pricing agreements, J&J said Wednesday in its quarterly report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
