DA Asks For Halt To Dewey Trustee's Suit Against Ex-Brass

Law360, New York (July 10, 2014, 8:07 PM EDT) -- Manhattan's district attorney on Wednesday asked a bankruptcy judge to halt the Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP liquidating trustee’s suit against former Executive Director Stephen DiCarmine and Chief Financial Officer Joel Sanders in favor of a criminal case charging the pair with masking the defunct firm’s weak finances ahead of its collapse.
