11th Circuit Lifts Florida Limestone Mining Ban

Law360 (May 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appellate court has overturned a lower court’s order that invalidated permits issued by the Army Corps of Engineers, lifting a 10-month ban halting limestone mining in the Lake Belt area wetlands in the Florida Everglades.
