SEC Probes Option Grants At Affiliated

Law360, New York (March 7, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Securities and Exchange Commission has begun a probe into stock option grants at IT services company Affiliated Computer, in a continuation of the agency’s wider investigation into allegations of option dating at several tech companies.

Affiliated disclosed the informal investigation in a filing with the SEC and released a statement saying that the company intended to fully comply with the agency.

The probe will examine option grants at the company between October 1998 and March 2005.
