Nuijten Appeals Patent Application To Supreme Court

Nuijten on Friday took its appeal of a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office decision denying it a patent on signal transmissions to the U.S. Supreme Court, arguing that the USPTO and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit's opinions ran counter to the original meaning of the U.S. Patent Act.
