Court Approves Dura Automotive's Ch.11 Plan

Law360, New York (May 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Dura Automotive Systems Inc. rounded a corner Tuesday when a federal judge confirmed its latest reorganization plan, clearing the path for the auto parts maker to exit bankruptcy protection.

Judge Kevin J. Carey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved Dura's third amended plan of reorganization, filed on Monday, which contained only minor and nonmaterial modifications to a previous plan voted on by the parties and submitted to the court on May 8.
