Ex-Enron CFO Sticks To Story Under Cross-Examination

Law360 (March 8, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Enron Corp. chief executive Kenneth Lay lied over and over again about the company’s financial health, despite full knowledge of the energy giant’s impending doom, Enron’s former chief financial officer testified Monday.

In his second day on the stand, a less emotional Andrew Fastow testified that Lay was completely aware of the deep financial problems plaguing Enron and repeatedly misrepresented the situation.
