Fed. Circ. Erases Memory Patent Case Against Oracle

Law360, New York (May 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has cleared Oracle Corp. of infringing software developer Mangosoft Inc.'s patent for memory shared by multiple computers in a network.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Wednesday affirmed an order that dismissed Mangosoft's patent infringement suit, ruling that the lower court did not err in claim construction for Mangosoft's patent.
