Former NLRB Chair Battista Joins Littler In D.C.

Law360, New York (May 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Former U.S. National Labor Relations Board Chair Robert J. Battista is eager to get back to the collective bargaining table now that he's joined the labor management relations group at Littler Mendelson PC.

Battista, who began working in Littler Mendelson's Washington, D.C., office earlier this month, said Thursday that he was drawn to the firm by the quality of its lawyers and a desire to stay in the nation's capital.
