Tractor-Trailer Service Provider Files For Ch. 11

Law360, New York (May 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- IdleAire Technologies Corp., which develops and provides technology and services for use by tractor-trailer drivers when their trucks are parked without the engine idling, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, citing a “severe liquidity shortfall.”

Knoxville, Tenn.-based IdleAire filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 11 on Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, listing assets and debts of between $100 million and $500 million.
