Feds Argue Against eBay In Patent Fight

Law360, New York (March 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The federal government dealt a blow to eBay Inc. and its efforts regarding a patent dispute with e-commerce technology company MercExchange LLC—a quarrel which threatens to terminate one of the Web auctioneer’s most popular shopping features.
