Law360, New York (May 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered Foam Supplies Inc. to turn over certain documents to Dow Chemical Co. in the companies' ongoing confidentiality agreement dispute, rejecting FSI's claims that it should not have to cough up the material since it relates to the now-dismissed antitrust portion of the case.
On Monday, U.S. District Judge Catherine Perry granted Dow's motion to compel, shooting down FSI's argument that the documents considered by expert John A. Stann should be withheld.
