Apple, CBS Sued Over 'Mighty Mouse' Trademark

Law360, New York (May 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A maker of computer accessories has filed suit against Apple Inc. and CBS Corp., claiming the companies' use of the term “Mighty Mouse” in connection with computer mice infringes its trademark.

Man & Machine Inc., which makes water-resistant keyboards and computer mice, filed the suit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland for trademark infringement and unfair competition under the Lanham Act.
