Scieran And Bausch & Lomb Reach Deal In Patent Dispute

Law360 (March 16, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- General Patent Corporation International, a top patent enforcement and licensing firm, said on Thursday that its client, Scieran Technologies Inc., reached a settlement with vision health company Bausch & Lomb Inc. regarding a long-standing patent dispute.

“After all was said and done, the parties decided to settle amicably before the trial,” said Craig McLaughlin, litigation counsel from the firm O’Connor Christensen LLP, which is representing Scieran in its suit against Bausch & Lomb.
