St. Jude Caught In SEC's Oil-For-Food Net

Law360, New York (March 17, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Though remaining tight-lipped, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has issued another subpoena in its growing investigation into the scandal surrounding the United Nations’ Iraq Oil-for-Food program, this time requesting documents from St. Jude Medical Inc.

The medical device company revealed the SEC subpoena on Thursday, emphasizing that it planned to cooperate fully with the regulatory agency’s probe.
