Blackwater's $30M Suit Against Wiley Rein Dismissed

Law360, New York (May 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Wiley Rein LLP has convinced a D.C. Superior Court judge to toss out a $30 million malpractice suit in which Blackwater Security Consulting LLC accused the firm of botching a tort case stemming from the grisly deaths of four men working for Blackwater in Fallujah, Iraq, in 2004.
