Electric Providers Settle FERC Enforcement Actions

Law360, New York (May 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Otter Tail Power Co. and Duquesne Light Co. have agreed to consent orders arising from separate investigations and will fork over hundreds of thousands of dollars to settle enforcement actions with the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the agency announced Thursday.
