Close To Deal, Milberg Asks Coughlin To Kick In

Law360 (June 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Milberg LLP is reportedly close to settling long-running federal charges that it paid kickbacks to lead class action plaintiffs, in a $75 million deal the law firm hopes will include a partial payment from Milberg spin-off Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP.
