1.5-Mile Run Unfair To Women Applicants: Suit

Law360, New York (June 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Connecticut's Department of Correction violated the Civil Rights Act by imposing a physical fitness test that was more difficult for women to pass than their male counterparts, according to a proposed class action filed last week.
